Deepavali Festival Village, Art Exhibition & Little India Light Up

Two larger-than-life elephant statues welcome visitors at the start of Serangoon Road. The Deepavali Festival Village can be found along Campbell Lane and Hastings Road. Noise x GIF Festival 2017

The Noise x GIF Festival 2017 showcases more than 50 original GIFs in an immersive exhibition through projections, large screens, including a mammoth LED wall, and secret rooms.
