Fathers deserve more credit.

Asian fathers are perhaps one of the most underappreciated and parodied characters in pop culture. Just Google “Asian dad meme” and you’ll see what I mean. They are typically portrayed as emotionless, strict, terse, and two-dimensional in character. But perhaps we don’t give them enough credit. This Father’s Day, why not take the opportunity to make a deeper bond with your dad? Here are some surefire ways of getting your father to connect with you on a deeper level. I’ve tried them myself and was impressed by how quickly they worked. Hopefully, they will also work for you. And if you also want to create shared memories and bond over activities, there’s plenty of events this week to choose from. Happy Father’s Day!
